Summer House Governing Documents
There are both Colorado Statutes and specific documents written to guide and control Summer House governance. Below is a list of those documents. Click on any one of them to read the specific document.
The Summer House Board of Managers expects to draft a new proposed replacement Declaration during the coming year. When they do, the proposed replacement document will be distributed to all Unit Owners for consideration and approval.
