Summer House Condominium Association, Inc.

The building was built as a condominium complex.  When the building was built there were only about 500 condominium Units on Capitol Hill, and most were in buildings that were originally built as apartments.

The Colorado Secretary of State registers the Association as:

  • Entity ID #:  19871292712   Registered on October 1, 1975

  • It is registered as a Nonprofit Corporation in Good Standing

  • Its Registered Agent is:  M&M Property Management

  • Its current Registered Office is:  11020 S Pikes Peak Dr, 350, Parker, CO 80138

The Building:

The 16-story building consists of 77 single-story Units, 14 Laundry Rooms, assigned Parking Spaces for each Unit, 3 Association-owned Parking Spaces that can be rented, assigned Storage Lockers for each Unit, an Indoor Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, Billiards Room, Exercise Room, a Community Room and a Rooftop Patio.

As of January 1, 2022 the regular monthly condo fee will be $675 per month. 


The Bylaws of the Association provides for a Board of up to five members.  The Board also employs an in-house manager and a professional management company:

As of August 31, 2022 the Summer House Condominium Association had $452,000 in its Reserve Account at Fortis Bank.
